Advisor CRM, an artificial intelligence (AI)-native CRM platform built for registered investment advisors (RIAs), is launching an AI-powered client experience solution designed to streamline workflows and manual documentation into a digital solution.
With Ember, financial advisors and insurance professionals can create, send, and manage client processes—including new prospect intakes, client onboarding, retirement planning checklists, event registrations, risk assessments, and more—through a personalized link that works across all devices. Advisors will also be able to embed video and HTML educational content directly into client workflows.
The tool bridges a common gap in the retirement planning industry: earning a client relationship while collecting important participant data. Rather than scrambling to gather information and following up with participants multiple times a week, Ember offers a simplified platform that advances the client experience, said Ryan Borer, managing partner at Advisor CRM, in a statement.
“Most advisory practices tend to have a gap. The advisor is exceptional in person; they build trust, earn the relationship, and win the client. But the moment they need information from that client, the experience collapses. They’re emailing 12-page PDFs, chasing signatures, following up four times over three weeks to collect what should take two days. The client experience doesn’t match the relationship,” Borer said.
The experience also allows clients to review information without creating an account. Once a client completes intake or planning, Ember provides the advisor with an individualized report including the client’s objectives, issues, priorities, and follow-up actions. These AI reports must also be reviewed by an advisor prior to publication to guarantee validity, Advisor CRM noted.
The new tool includes 100 AI assists and unlimited client processes and can be used as a standalone option or alongside other Advisor CRM services. It is available to RIAs and financial advisors for $89 per month.
