Alight is expanding its Alight Partner Network with the addition of two partners: Journey, an employee assistance program (EAP) focused on comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support for today’s workforce, and Carrot Fertility, a fertility and family-building support service.

“We recognize the evolving needs of today’s workforce, and the challenges companies face in offering personalized and effective benefits,” said Missy Van Brocklin, vice president of Partners at Alight. “By integrating Journey and Carrot Fertility into our partner network, we are further empowering employers to provide individualized care that meets their employees’ needs to help foster a healthier, more engaged workforce.”

Journey is an EAP designed to engage employees daily through personalized tools and resources that support mental health. It offers a suite of services designed to prevent issues, reduce turnover, address burnout and promote overall employee wellbeing, including customized engagement, access to care and concierge support, global access, and preventative digital resources and integrations.

Carrot Fertility, a global fertility and family-building platform, offers fertility benefits for employers from pre-pregnancy through menopause and more. Key features of Carrot’s offering include personalized care and support for family-building and hormonal healthcare stages, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, adoption, menopause, and gender-affirming care; a global reach of over 11,000 clinics; and regulatory and financial guidance.

“Fertility, family-building, and hormonal healthcare journeys can be emotionally, physically, and financially challenging, and we’re seeing more people turn to their employers for support,” said Jess Bruns, senior director of partnerships at Carrot Fertility. “Our partnership with Alight allows us to provide high-quality, clinically managed fertility care to support employees during these critical life stages, contributing to more supportive and inclusive workplaces.”
