Corebridge Financial announced changes to its retirement plan digital experiences offered to plan participants and sponsors.

The improvements include the FutureFIT Wellness Center, set to centralize online tools, calculators, and education materials to help employees take action on financial wellness, and a redesigned SponsorFIT plan administration portal for employers featuring updated dashboards, reporting tools and customization options.

“As part of our commitment to help individuals and organizations turn thoughts into action, we continue to invest in capabilities to digitally engage customers with modern and personalized experiences,” said Jeff Ferguson,” Chief Growth and Innovation Officer for Retirement Services at Corebridge Financial. “That includes providing retirement savers digital tools that help strengthen their financial wellbeing, and providing plan sponsors with technology-enabled, data-driven resources to monitor their plan health and support plan participants. We’re excited to roll-out these new and improved digital portals, which are built on specific feedback from retirement savers and employers.”

Within the FutureFIT Wellness Center, participants self-select from one of four financial planning categories based on their greatest need, whether that is building general financial knowledge, managing debt, saving more or retirement readiness.

Depending on their choice, participants are directed to education modules, calculators or discovery tools such as Retirement Pathfinder, which helps participants set goals, adjust strategies and model scenarios, says Corebridge.

The new SponsorFIT portal provides access to plan information, trends, reporting and insights to help sponsors administer their plans.

Plan sponsors will also have access to a reporting library featuring standard and custom options, at both the plan and participant-level.
