The Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., is once again the site for a high-impact, powerhouse gathering this week as the 2026 VCI 100 Summit will bring together many of the retirement industry’s most respected leaders and innovators in an environment intentionally designed to inspire meaningful dialogue, strategic networking, and genuine camaraderie.
“What makes this gathering exceptional is not only the expertise on stage, but the collaboration and leadership in the room. We have intentionally designed this experience to spark bold thinking, real dialogue, and actionable momentum for every advisor and partner here,” Viking Cove Institute President Amy Glynn said.
The conference program kicks off Thursday morning with Nevin Adams moderating an all-star panel featuring American Retirement Association CEO Brian Graff, high-profile retirement plan industry veteran Barbara Delaney, Financial Finesse President Todd Lacey, and Randy Long, who recently started a new position as Founder and CEO at SageView Foundation.
That will be followed by a session on the healthcare reform movement with a panel featuring Patrick Moore, Ann Lewandowski, Sean Schantzen, Josh Jeffries and Doug Bermudez. They will discuss what’s behind the movement and how retirement advisors are uniquely qualified to participate.
Also on the Day 1 agenda:
• An Advisor Power FLEX panel with Kristina Keck, Brad Arends, William Chetney, and Ryan Campagna.
• An action-oriented AI session with Lisa Kottler.

Day 2 features a high-impact half day of coaching sessions designed by VCI Vantage Program Director Tammy Ouverson built to ensure attendees leave focused, energized, and fired up.
The proudly BD- and RIA-agnostic Viking Cove Institute—home to 500 advisors across 200 firms—will be showcasing its newly launched VCI Virtual Community with exclusive resources and continual programming.
“This week also marks an important milestone for VCI as we introduce our new online community—a dynamic space built to strengthen engagement, deliver continuous value, and connect our members beyond live events,” Glynn added. “We are not just hosting an event; we are building a movement that extends throughout the year.”
