Mutual of Omaha Retirement Services today launched its newest product, called Retirement Right Blueprint—billed as “a customer experience built to simplify the process of designing, installing and administering the right plan for each customer.”

An extension of Mutual’s Retirement Right suite, the open architecture product leverages technology to allow employers of any size to create a retirement plan for their employees, the company said in a statement announcing the release.

“We couldn’t be more excited to launch our newest product, Retirement Right Blueprint,” said Laura Huscroft, vice president of retirement services at Mutual of Omaha. “This product expands accessibility of retirement planning to employers of all sizes and can be a compelling solution for employers faced with retirement plan state mandates, as well as those searching for a customer-centric provider.”

The new product includes a variety of optional services such as 3(16), 3(21), 3(38), managed accounts and self-directed brokerage accounts.

Additional features include:

The financial wellness tools include Financial Finesse, the award-winning tool proven to reduce financial stress, advance financial health and improved retirement readiness. In addition, the iJoin tool provides ongoing retirement plan support while the Imagine Retirement Right employee engagement workshops help employees envision their retirement dreams and increase plan contributions.

By using the Blueprint, the company said it is able to offer accelerated plan installation that can get a new plan up and running in days instead of months. The interactive installation portal makes designing a plan simple and intuitive and enables seamless collaboration between Mutual of Omaha, the financial professional and plan sponsor.
