Ubiquity Retirement + Savings is launching its Advisor Partner Program, aimed to help financial advisors grow their book of business.
The program, introduced during the National Association of Plan Advisers (NAPA) Summit on Monday, offers relationship management and service support, plan health data and market intelligence, and a rewards program for advisors. Its aim is to provide resources and support for advisors wanting to increase their client business.
Founded in 1999, Ubiquity helps small business owners offer qualified retirement plans and benefits. The company says the program is set to help advisors support small business clients as they navigate SECURE 2.0 legislation and new state mandates with automatic individual retirement accounts (IRAs).
“Advisors are central to how small businesses access quality retirement plans — and they deserve a provider that actually invests in the relationship,” said James Hobson, CEO of Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, in a statement. “This program is about being a real growth partner. We want advisors to have the tools, the data, and the support to go deeper with existing clients and open doors with new ones. When advisors succeed, their clients succeed — and that’s exactly the outcome we’re here to drive.”
Advisors already working with Ubiquity will have immediate access to the program, while new advisors are enrolled with their first plan sale.
The new program comes just months after Hobson succeeded former CEO Chad Parks in his role. The appointed was said to support the San Francisco-based company’s existing strategy as interest in affordable and compliant retirement plans continue to rise among small businesses, and as Ubiquity looks to support clients and partners in its next phase.
Interest in retirement plans among small businesses has scaled up in recent years. A February study by Gusto found that the number of small businesses with an active retirement plan increased from fewer than one in five to nearly one in three between 2019 and 2025, representing a 58% increase.
