At Harbor Ridge, Ms. Moszeter combines her deep expertise in structuring and scaling client-focused firms with rigorous analytical frameworks to deliver transparent, compliant, and conviction-driven investment portfolios.

Prior to her role at Harbor Ridge, she served as President and CEO of Newday Impact Investing, where she led the expansion of the firm’s asset management division and the launch of Causeway, an innovative values-aligned investment platform. Ms. Moszeter was a foundational leader at Green Alpha Advisors, LLC, serving in executive capacities including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Distribution Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Compliance Officer, helping grow the firm from $10 million to $900 million in assets under management. Earlier leadership roles include Senior Vice President and Managing Member at First Affirmative Financial Network, LLC, and Chief Operating and Compliance Officer at TAMRO Capital Partners, LLC. She began her career in portfolio operations at Harbor Capital Management.
