A prominent voice and advocate for the independent advisor, Burt's passion lies in redefining the advisor-client relationship through innovation. Prior to becoming CEO, he served Carson Group’s Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, playing a pivotal role in driving growth. Under his leadership, the company expanded its investment platform and experienced a record growth year adding over $3.5B in assets under management in 2023.
