Cameron McCarthy joined the Firm in 2021 and serves as an executive director and head of Retirement & Government Portfolio Solutions for the Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO). In this role, Cam is responsible for delivering portfolio management, portfolio construction and implementation solutions for the Firm’s defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) clients. Prior to joining the Firm, Cam spent over five years at Mercer Investments, most recently serving as a portfolio manager and member of the Defined Benefit and Target Date Fund Discretionary Governance Committees, driving asset allocation and portfolio construction across the firm’s institutional OCIO clients. Additionally, in his capacity as fixed income portfolio manager, Cam was responsible for the oversight and management of the firm’s suite of multimanager Mutual Fund and Collective Investment Trust products with over $12 billion in assets under management. Cam holds a BS degree in finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
