Carrie Della Flora has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Carrie started their career in 2001 as an Account Executive at Matrix Financial Solutions, where they successfully handled inquiries from high-profile custodial customers and resolved trade-related issues. In 2005, Carrie was promoted to Supervisor, leading a team responsible for providing client service and operational support. Carrie successfully de-escalated client issues and concerns during their tenure. In 2008, Carrie was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations, where they focused on making processes more efficient. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Project Manager, overseeing operational improvement projects and coordinating IT-related projects. Carrie also worked at Shelton Capital Management as Chief Compliance Officer and in Client Service roles. Carrie's Experience showcases their expertise in client service, operations management, and project management.
