Dick began his career as a retirement consultant with Williams Thacher and Rand where he was a partner and DC national practice leader. He also led DC distribution at MFS Investment Management and ING. Prior to joining BlackRock, Dick was a co-founder and on the leadership team at National Retirement Partners.
