Elizabeth “Betty” Kennedy has over 37 years of experience in employee benefits consulting at Morgan Lewis, with experience in the design, administration, and compliance of qualified pension, profit-sharing, 401(k), and group health and welfare benefit plans. Betty assists firm clients with the preparation of plan documents and amendments, summary plan descriptions, administration forms, and IRS applications for determination as well as correction. She routinely performs research and analysis on benefits issues and helps clients resolve day-to-day benefit plan problems.
