Holly Verdeyen is a Partner at Mercer and serves as the U.S. Defined Contribution and Financial Wellness Leader. With over 20 years of institutional investment experience, Holly oversees the strategy and growth of Mercer’s defined contribution business. Previously, she held leadership roles at Russell Investments, UBS, and BlackRock. Verdeyen holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from St. Norbert College. She also serves on the U.S. Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council.
