Jake has  spent over 18 years helping business owners and employees secure their futures through tax-efficient retirement plans like 401(k)s and cash balance plans. He's guided countless individuals and companies toward achieving financial stability.  During the pandemic, Jake launched a podcast, a YouTube channel, and an online community called the 401(k)lub using those platforms to create content to educate, inspire, and connect with people.
