Kellilyn Greco is a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Chicago, where she specializes in investment management law. She advises investment advisers, investment companies, and their boards on compliance with federal securities laws, particularly the Investment Company Act of 1940. Her practice encompasses fund formation, regulatory filings for open- and closed-end funds, public offerings, fund mergers, SEC exemptive relief, and negotiation of service provider agreements .  Greco has extensive experience with closed-end funds and also works with hedge funds and private funds.
