Lori Shannon is counsel in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Employment & Benefits practice.  Lori focuses her practice in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. With over 27 years of experience in the practice of law and prior experience as a Certified Public Accountant, she counsels private and public companies and tax-exempt entities on design, implementation, compliance and tax matters related to employee benefit, executive compensation and compensatory equity plans and agreements.  Prior to working at Mayer Brown, Lori worked at Barnes Thornburg LLP and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.
