Marlōn Hall currently serves as the Chairman and President of the Association for Wholesaling Diversity (AWD). AWD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit he founded in January 2016 with the primary mission to facilitate exponential growth in the number of black financial services industry external wholesalers, with all of them being exceptional at their craft and leaders in their respective organizations. Marlon also serves as a corporate trainer and professional speaker in the financial services industry. He trains and speaks primarily to financial institution employees, from tellers to CEOs, and insurance agents throughout the Midwestern United States in his role as a Regional Vice President Team Lead with a leading domestic financial services firm.
Marlōn Hall, CFS, is also a Regional Vice President with Jackson National Life Distributors LLC, where he works primarily with Financial Advisors and Financial Institutions in the Midwest.
