Making a move.

#401klady Jeanne Fisher and colleagues Bryan Peebles and Rhea England have jumped to Strategic Retirement Partners (SRP), the firm announced Friday.

Referring to the team as “quirky,” SRP referenced their high-profile presence on social media, and the fact that they “have established themselves as a disruptor in a historically staid industry, by adding fun, creativity and relatability to personal finance.”

However, it adds that Fisher and company have “quickly been recognized as a Southern Kentucky and Middle Tennessee’s premier retirement plan advisory team with a highly specialized focus on retirement plan design, administration efficiency, fiduciary processes and participant outcomes.”

“We value our clients immensely and challenge ourselves to constantly innovate and improve,” Fisher said when asked about the move. “That drive, to offer only the best experience to our clients, lead us on a national search for a new partner. We are amazed at the advisory talent and industry experience SRP has. We are thankful for the opportunity to continue learning from, and working with, some of the nation’s best retirement plan advisors.”

“The back-office operations, technology and processes are unparalleled to anything else we’ve seen,” Peebles added. “We’ve joined a practice that is hyper-focused on the retirement plan industry and is structured to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.”

The addition expands SRP’s footprint into the key market of Nashville and brings its offices to 20 nationwide.

Additionally, as part of joining SRP, the Nashville-based team will have access to the resources of Global Retirement Partners (GRP).

Fisher has over 10 years of tenure in the financial services industry. Peebles joined Fisher in 2015 and England in 2018, with a sole focus on corporate retirement plans. The team is leaving ARGI Investment Services.

“The team’s drive to challenge the industry is what initially caught our attention,” SRP’s Managing Partner Jeff Cullen, said. “But what excites us the most is their depth of knowledge and alignment with our culture and core values.”
