The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 401k Properties, LLC, dba 401(k) Specialist, 1745 Shea Center Drive, 4th Floor, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of 401k Specialist, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [insert start date] and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of this time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the survey provided by 401k Specialist during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $100. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless 401k Specialist, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [insert state], without regard to conflict of law rules.
