Fiduciary compliance is of course all the rage (and concern) for 401k advisors, and two well-known firms have partnered to ensure better coverage.

Pensionmark recently announced that it’s aligned with Pension Resource Institute to expand Pensionmark’s fiduciary support tools for the 401k advisors with whom it works.

PRI will deliver strategic consulting on Department of Labor regulations and ERISA compliance and provide resources and training for Pensionmark advisors through its Resource Center platform.
