The 401(k) Specialist editorial team will select and profile a Top Advisor by Participant Outcomes (TAPO) each month, a 401(k) advisor who proves their knowledge, innovation and exceptional achievements specifically in the area of Participant Outcomes, and someone who will then share their knowledge with our advisor audience.
All leading advisor profiles in Participant Outcomes will then be submitted to an independent industry panel of experts who will choose the one advisor who will become “The 401(k) Specialist’s 2020 Top Advisor by Participant Outcomes (TAPO)” recipient.
The award will be presented at the EXCEL 401(k) National Conference, with 401(k) Specialist is the official and exclusive media partner, October 25th – 27th, in Las Vegas, Nevada. We will honor the recipient and all of the leading advisors who participated and led the way.
All monthly TAPO advisor finalists will be invited to attend the awards ceremony as honored guests, with complimentary hotel rooms and conference attendance for the entire event. These advisors will also be included in advisor-only panel discussion/breakout sessions, and all the finalists will lead their tables in a discussion of the best practices they implemented to become a finalist.
All profiled advisors will be heavily promoted in all 401(k) Specialist digital and print distribution channels throughout 2020.
