Wealth Enhancement Buys Parros Financial Group
Wealth Enhancement has acquired Parros Financial Group, a hybrid RIA in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The team of three advisors and one support staff is led by Founder Timothy Parros and manages over $118 million in client assets.
Jeff Dekko, chief executive officer of Wealth Enhancement, said, “What stood out to us about Tim and his team is how intentionally they’ve built their business – really grounded in long-term client relationships and thoughtful planning. That aligns closely with how we think about growth. We’re excited to bring them into the firm and give them access to the broader resources here, while preserving what’s made them successful.”
As a fiduciary-focused advisory practice, Parros Financial Group provides integrated services spanning investment management, financial planning, retirement strategies, and tax-efficient wealth solutions.
Parros said, “Our decision to transition to Wealth Enhancement was driven by a desire to better serve our clients and support the future growth of our firm. This partnership provides us with the flexibility, infrastructure, and strategic alignment necessary to continue delivering thoughtful, client-first financial guidance.”
Jim Cahn, chief strategy officer of Wealth Enhancement, said, “Tim and his team have built a strong reputation locally, and with this partnership, we’re establishing our first office in the Ann Arbor market.
As a firm, we’re excited to establish a presence in the community, and we’re honored Parros Financial Group chose to partner with us for their next chapter.”
