Alera Group is expanding its wealth management and retirement plan solutions side, spearheaded by Rob Lieblein, chief development officer and an original founding partner of the firm.
Lieblein will oversee the strategic direction of the firm, including investing in infrastructure and leadership.
“Alera Group has always been committed to growth, and this enhanced commitment to financial services represents an exciting new chapter for us,” said Lieblein. “Our collaborative culture and multidisciplinary approach set us apart, allowing us to create unique opportunities for advisors to expand their businesses and better serve their clients.”
Alera Group is also looking to expand its collaborative initiatives. The firm currently partners with Lloyd Fickett’s “The Collaborative Way,” a platform that connects financial professionals with resources that highlight workplace development.
“Our collaborative culture is our secret sauce,” said Jeff Silverman, chief growth officer of Alera Group – Financial Services. “We offer advisors a unique opportunity to partner with a firm that is truly invested in their success. Unlike our competitors, we provide a platform and environment that empowers advisors to grow their businesses in ways they never thought possible.”
The firm also provides a full-service platform for advisor partners, offering expertise in property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, and retirement planning, as well as a wealth management platform that currently stands at $10 billion assets under management (AUM).
Looking forward, the independent financial services firm is seeking to partner with wealth management and retirement plan advisory firms with shared values in growth and client service. The firm says it is particularly interested in firms that can benefit from its collaborative culture and multidisciplinary approach.
Advisors interested in exploring partnership opportunities with Alera Group are encouraged to contact Jeff.Silverman@aleragroup.com.
Alera Group’s team includes 4,500 employees and currently holds $1.5 billion in gross revenue. The firm offers property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, wealth services, and retirement plan solutions.
