Josh also created FiduciaryRx™ a web-based tool to help retirement plan advisors to diagnose, prescribe and improve Fiduciary Wellness™ for corporate retirement plans.
Previously, Josh was a Co-Founder, Partner & Chief Strategy Officer of Greenspring Advisors, one of the country's most well-known retirement plan advisory firms. He founded and led the corporate retirement practice at Greenspring, growing it to nearly $4.5 billion in assets and representing nearly 50,000 participants before leaving to launch FiduciaryWor(k)s in 2021.
