Robert advises on a broad range of issues involving qualified and tax-advantaged retirement plans, ESOPs, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, executive employment and severance agreements, equity compensation strategies, mergers and acquisitions, welfare and fringe benefits compliance, ERISA fiduciary responsibilities, as well as IRS and DOL audits and investigations, along with related tax and employment matters.
