401(k) Specialist is heading to sunny Scottsdale, Arizona this weekend for the Broadridge Fi360 Annual Conference.

Known as the “premier conference for the wealth and retirement industry,” Broadridge Fi360’s Annual Conference combines thought leadership and the latest trends with designation credits and networking activities. The event is set to bring together investment professionals from across the industry, including advisory firms, recordkeepers, asset managers, broker-dealers, banks, and more.

Among its keynote speakers includes industry leaders from Allianz Life, Fiduciary Insights, and Broadridge. Two-time Pro Bowl NFL Linebacker Ryan Shazier will also serve as a keynote, in which he will talk through his latest book, “Walking Miracle” during his presentation on Sunday, May 21.

Early risers can start their Monday morning with Broadridge’s run, walk and yoga activities, before attending sessions ranging from how to use pooled employer plans (PEPs) and the importance of cash balance plans, to how the financial services industry can bridge the wealth gap in the U.S. Monday’s activities then end with a networking dinner filled with food bites, music, and games at pretzel-fondue house Culinary Dropout.

Day three of the conference includes panels that discuss the latest trends reshaping financial advice, Medicare, the psychology of financial planning, building trust in diverse communities, and even the power behind artificial intelligence (AI) technologies like ChatGPT, among other topics.

Along with the conference event, Broadridge Fi360 offers a training program for attendees wanting to earn their accredited investment fiduciary designation. Advisors who attend the training are expected to arrive a day prior to the conference, where initial instruction will take place on May 20 and then the exam the following day.

Conference attendees will also be able to earn Fi360 continuing education (CE) credit for renewal, as well as 10 hours for CFP Board, IWI, NASBA, and ABA.
