GRP rolls on. Global Retirement Partners (GRP), a 401k retirement plan consulting firm that offers services to plan sponsors and Investors, announced on Monday that it’s teamed with Alpha Pension Group, “a fiduciary advisor to ERISA retirement plans” based out of Lexington, Massachusetts.
Alpha currently services over 350 retirement plan clients nationally, and specifically mentioned GRP’s “robust wellness program and MEP/PEP platform” as reasons for the decision.
With $2.3B assets under advisement, Alpha is known for “its strategic diagnostic review process of current programs to measure the effectiveness of design, investment integrity and cost structure,” according to GRP, which allow for “independence and objectivity.”
The firms say the genesis of the deal was formed on a shared goal of providing small, medium to large companies with flexible, robust plan options that benefit 401k participants.
