“Randy is uniquely positioned to develop and drive this key initiative as he’s spent his career building next-generation platforms for the world’s largest wealth management organizations, from major wirehouses to custodians,” said Hightower CEO, Larry Restieri. “This new role underscores our commitment to continuous improvement and to providing our advisors and clients with an invaluable experience. We couldn’t be more pleased that Randy is bringing his wealth of experience to this important initiative.”

According to the firm, the platform will leverage institutional research and investment counsel from consulting firm NEPC, which Hightower acquired a majority ownership position in 2025. The platform will also include insights and perspectives from Hightower’s Investment Solutions team, led by Chief Investment Strategist and Portfolio Manager Stephanie Link.

“I’m thrilled to join Hightower at such a pivotal moment in its growth,” said Bullard, Head of Investment Management at Hightower. “I look forward to helping create a central platform that allows for scale and efficiency and empowers advisors with the research, guidance, and tools they need to elevate the client experience.”

The new platform will be available to all Hightower advisor practices.

The nationwide Hightower advisor community now comprises advisor practices in 34 states and the District of Columbia. As of June 30, 2025, assets under management (AUM) for Hightower and its affiliates were approximately $324.3 billion.
