IRALOGIX Rolls Out Digital Platform to Streamline IRA Administration
IRALOGIX this week announced the launch of a digital platform aimed at modernizing employer-sponsored individual retirement accounts (IRAs) for small and mid-sized plan sponsors.
The new Workplace Retirement Plan Portal incorporates automation for smaller employers who offer SEP, SIMPLE, or payroll deducted IRAs, and who have had to rely on slower systems to administer their plans. With the new platform, employers can onboard employees, manage contributions and exchange data, IRALOGIX adds.
For retirement plan partners, the platform also offers personal branding services.
“Workplace IRAs have been underserved by modern technology for too long,” said Pete Littlejohn, IRALOGIX president and co-founder, in a statement. “We built this platform from the ground up to meet the specific needs of small and mid-sized employers. It brings modern tools and automation to businesses that want to do right by their employees but don’t have the time or resources to navigate outdated manual processes.”
The release is IRALOGIX’s latest step in its mission to bring scalable, affordable retirement solutions to businesses of all sizes, including for small businesses traditionally ignored by legacy retirement infrastructure.
In April, the firm introduced its Retirement Readiness Index (IRRI), designed to track workers’ retirement readiness over the course of their careers. The index had built upon a Q1 2025 evaluation by the firm, in which it issued a national Retirement Readiness Score of 45.8 out of 100 for American workers.
“This score is a wakeup call for America’s households, employers, and policymakers,” said Peter J. de Silva, CEO of IRALOGIX, in a statement. “It’s not just a number, it’s a mirror held up to the financial anxieties, gaps in planning, and uncertainty that millions of Americans face as they approach one of life’s most important milestones: retirement.”
