Prominent retirement plan advisory industry figure Josh Itzoe announced the launch of Fiduciary U today to deliver advanced fiduciary training and education at scale.
The Founder and CEO of FiduciaryWorks noted that while everybody talks about the importance of fiduciary training, most of it is basic, boring and outdated.
That’s where he says Fiduciary U is different, with a core purpose to educate and train every retirement committee member in America.
“We focus on delivering timely, relevant, efficient and real-world content on what really matters,” Itzoe said today via LinkedIn. “I created Fiduciary U to partner with industry professionals and plan sponsors to do the ‘heavy lifting’ and deliver advanced expertise, unparalleled content, and an awesome user learning experience. It’s the premier resource for navigating complex fiduciary responsibilities.”
He added that in today’s retirement plan landscape, exceptional fiduciary guidance is a must, regardless of your role. Everyone recognizes the importance and wants to be more knowledgeable. But fiduciary training and education, while valuable and necessary, is inefficient and time-consuming.
“No one has hours at a time to spend going through training or attending day-long sessions out of the office,” Itzoe said. “We provide 24/7 access, so anyone can complete courses whenever it works best for them and most courses are less than 15 minutes.”
