The National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA), a professional association for plan administrators that services providers of government-sponsored defined contribution (DC) retirement plans, has announced its 2024 Leadership Awards.
The NAGDCA Leadership Awards was created to recognize and share members’ brightest ideas and innovative solutions. Submissions are reviewed by a volunteer Awards Committee, and judged on originality and measurable results, according to the NAGDCA.
“Once again, our members have wowed us with their Leadership Awards submissions,” said NAGDCA Executive Director Matt Petersen, in a statement. “The winning programs in each of this year’s five categories demonstrate outstanding results in engaging employees in their defined contribution plans. Our goal in sharing these exceptional programs is to inform and inspire public DC plan administrators nationwide to increase their commitment to helping participants with create programs that illuminate and engage.”
