The next generation of its retirement plan digital experience was launched today by Corebridge Financial, designed to provide retirement savers with “clear and simple information, effortless control, and guidance” according to a press release today announcing the new capabilities.
“Our new retirement plan digital experience puts account details at participants’ fingertips, whether they’re at their desk or on the go,” said Terri Fiedler, President of Retirement Services at Corebridge Financial. “It offers so much more than typical account management, providing actionable information and intuitive features that put retirement savers on a personalized path to financial wellness.”
Among the new Corebridge website features are a Personal Dashboard, an Action Bar and a Message Center:
- The Personal Dashboard conveniently places account balance and performance front and center with deep insight on key account details. In one location, participants can review savings, personal and employer contributions, and an overall account snapshot. Employees can also bring in outside assets to their dashboard and see a complete picture of their finances with ease.
- The Action Bar allows participants to quickly navigate to the action features most frequently used, providing faster access to statements, transaction history, fund and asset details, beneficiary information and more.
- The Message Center provides a one-stop shop to securely and easily send and receive sensitive documents and keep up to date on the status of requests, transactions, plan changes and other important notifications.
The enhanced website features are also available in the Corebridge retirement app, where savers can enroll in their workplace plan, manage their account and plan for their financial future. This seamless integration of account management capabilities builds on the flexibility of the Corebridge retirement plan website, which is optimized for any device. DALBAR, an independent market research firm, recently ranked the Corebridge website as one of the best in the industry for mobile optimization.
Built-in resources
