Osaic Selects 401GO to Automate Services
Fintech company 401GO has been named a strategic partner for Osaic’s Employer Retirement Plan Business.
According to a release by the company, 401GO will give Osaic’s financial advisors access to automated, proprietary tools that remove administrative burden and place retirement plans under one umbrella, thereby allowing advisors to realign their priorities towards client growth.
“Osaic has a strong commitment and deep resources to helping advisors grow in the retirement industry, which clearly stands out in the market,” said Stan Smith, CGO at 401GO, in a statement. “401GO shines in helping advisors streamline their retirement plans with our proprietary, modern tech stack built specifically for advisors.”
“This partnership marks the beginning of a powerful collaboration – where shared visions meet actions,” Smith also added Wednesday on LinkedIn.
401GO capabilities now available to the Osaic advisor network include automated onboarding with a 15-minute retirement plan setup, a transparent pricing model with no administrative fees for advisors and plan sponsors, small to midsize business solutions, integrated dashboards with digital tools for both advisors and plan participants, and proprietary compliance technology handled by 401GO.
The partnership comes just months after the Sandy, Utah-based company announced it had received $33 million in Series B funding in December. The funding would expand the firm’s embedded partnerships with Human Capital Management providers, financial institutions, and financial advisors while scaling the company’s team, product offerings, and end-to-end technology.
“We believe the market is demanding reliable 401(k) solutions, not fragmented systems built on a mix of old vendors, which is the way other fintech providers have approached this challenge. We are now scaling our in-house technology to meet that demand across the entire partner ecosystem,” said Dan Beck, CEO and co-founder of 401GO, at the time. “This is why we believe we offer a compelling service at a price point others struggle to compete with; we own our platform while others rent theirs.”
