Peyton Manning Highlights Nationwide Services in NFL Campaign
Nationwide is debuting its latest advertising campaign just in time to kickoff football season.
It’s latest marketing initiative will once again feature former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, but this time as motivational speaker “Motivatin’ Manning.”
In the latest advertisement, Manning plays a motivational speaker who highlights Nationwide’s insurance by claiming that the company is “so much more” than its insurance service offerings. Similarly, he says to a crowd, not only is he Peyton Manning but also “Motivatin’ Manning.”
“As Motivatin’ Manning, I traded a helmet for a headset mic and had a chance to play someone that finds inspiration in Nationwide’s ability to be both a great insurance company and a great financial services company,” said Manning. “It’s a fun continuation of the series of characters that Nationwide has created, and a good reminder that people can be so much more.”
Nationwide’s campaign last year featured the hall of famer in a related campaign, where Manning describes himself as an avid painter who goes by “Paintin Manning.”
“Peyton Manning’s unique style and comic delivery are on full display in this latest ad,” said Ann Bair, executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Nationwide. “More importantly, Motivatin’ Manning continues to highlight with consumers that Nationwide is not only a leading insurance company, but we also are one of America’s largest financial services companies as well.”
“Motivatin’ Manning” debuted during the 2025 NFL season-opening matchup Thursday between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys. Fans can expect to see more spots with Motivatin’ Manning, and other spots that feature his Nationwide teammate, NFL All-Pro running back and 2024 AP Offensive Player of the Year Saquon Barkley, throughout the season.
