Ubiquity Retirement + Savings will redesign its image and logo in a larger rebranding initiative for the San Francisco-based company, the firm announced on May 2.

According to a release, Ubiquity’s brand name will remain the same, but they will be “represented by new design components and upgraded tools and resources,” in an effort to refresh the brand.

“Just like cars, phones, and fashion change and improve over time, so do we.  The new look and feel and client experience reflects the maturity, stability, and commitment we have demonstrated as a provider to small businesses,” Chad Parks, Ubiquity’s CEO and Founder, stated.

Ubiquity’s Chief Operating Officer, Nasrin Mazooji, added, “This achievement would not have been possible without our customers, and we are eager to celebrate by introducing new and innovative solutions incrementally throughout 2023 and 2024 to better serve their needs.”

Ubiquity says its new look will consist of a “fresh, bold color palette” along with a “contemporary logo” that “conveys strength, perseverance, and their dedication to helping their clients achieve upgrade growth.” The firm is also updating its calculators, step-by-step articles, and compliance guides, among other retirement-focused resources.

The rebrand will be rolled out throughout 2024. Ubiquity, approaching its 25-year anniversary in August, was first launched by Parks in 1999 as “The Online 401(k)” and aimed to help small businesses establish retirement benefits in its plans. Since then, the company has repackaged as Ubiquity Retirement + Savings and has worked with over 16,000 businesses in creating retirement solutions.

As the company redesigns its features, it believes the branding will help it preserve its competitiveness against other small 401(k)-focused financial platforms. “We are in our silver anniversary in the retirement savings business, and we are always evolving to bring our clients the best-of-breed retirement plans. Our rebrand is an extension of this evolution and we look forward to continuing our journey and leading the change for a better future for everyone,” Parks said.
