Vestmark Unveils AI Monitoring Solution
Vestmark, Inc. has released Vestmark Pulse, an artificial intelligence (AI) solution that allows wealth managers to have 24/7 insight into their clients’ portfolios.
Pulse works continuously in the background, monitoring portfolio positions, SEC filings, market news and events, and client CRM data to identify when attention is needed and surface suggested actions within the Vestmark platform.
For firms, the technology aims to helps extend proactive oversight, improve consistency across teams, and accelerate action across client portfolios without adding operational complexity.
“The opportunity for AI in wealth management is not to generate more information. Advisors already have more information than they can act on,” said Freedom Dumlao, chief AI officer and chief technology officer at Vestmark. “The real opportunity is to close the gap between knowing what matters and doing something about it. Pulse was built for that. It continuously identifies what needs attention, evaluates it in the context of the client and the portfolio, and helps the wealth managers and their teams move directly into action while staying in control.”
With Pulse, when a client’s portfolio breaches a concentration limit, a tax-loss harvesting opportunity emerges, or a market event affects a specific holding, the wealth manager is notified, with the event automatically evaluated against that client’s specific portfolio, constraints, and history and delivered with a suggestion on how to take action.
“Vestmark has spent more than two decades building a platform that rebalances, trades, and reports on over $2 trillion in assets,” said Karl Roessner, chief executive officer at Vestmark. “Pulse builds on that foundation by not only identifying what needs attention but also helping wealth managers act on it directly within the platform. It represents the next step in how Vestmark is helping firms identify what matters, evaluate it in context, and act within the workflows they already use.”
