Viserly today announced the official launch of its platform, following demos, conversations, and custom buildouts within the advisor community.
Viserly operates on a Participant Engagement as a Service (PEaaS) model, built to automate and ease communication and connection strategies for the advisory and recordkeeping industry. The platform, which integrates directly with over 200 payroll providers, uses payroll feeds and recordkeeping data to alert advisors on key events, including new hires and terminations.
It is founded and led by Shane Hanson, the CEO of Boise, Idaho-based firm Freedom Fiduciaries, who created the platform to support real-time engagement between advisors and participants. “For too long, participant engagement has been reactive, manual, and fragmented,” Hanson said in an April press release announcing the platform. “Viserly changes that with a platform designed for automation, scalability, and meaningful relationship impact.”
Viserly’s platform includes two engagement solutions: its Triggered Events and Dynamic Segmentation & Campaigns strategies.
According to a press release, the Triggered Events solution automatically detects changes in participant census data, like new hires, rehires, terminations, birthdays, age 59 ½ milestones, and more. Advisors can also fully customize the messages that are sent.
The Dynamic Segmentation & Campaigns strategy allows advisors to use payroll and recordkeeper data to build audience segments for proactive campaigns, like targeting participants earning over a certain salary or those who have a retirement plan balance over a specific amount. These campaigns can also be scheduled in advance.
The platform also prides itself on its discreet branding and fully customizable interface. According to Viserly, firms can customize the platform’s logos, colors, tone and message cadence to reflect that of the advisor. Messages are also delivered via Microsoft or Google, from the advisor’s real email address.
Viserly plans to incorporate additional recordkeepers and fintech companies to its platform in the coming months. “We’re just getting started. Our roadmap is ambitious, and we’re actively expanding our capabilities in direct response to user feedback,” said Hanson.
Viserly is now available to the advisor community. Advisors and firms can request a live demo of the platform here.
