Zeplyn, the AI-native workflow intelligence platform for wealth management firms, is launching its new suite of practice management capabilities designed to improve operational efficiency and increase growth opportunities, the company announced this week.
Built on AI, the new features leverage insights captured during client meetings and extends them into new workflows. The tool comes as more wealth management firms are applying artificial intelligence (AI) technology into their capabilities to streamline administrative tasks.
“While wealth management firms have been largely cautious about AI, testing the field with low-barrier tools like note-takers, we’ve seen a significant shift,” said Era Jain, co-founder and CEO of Zeplyn. “The combination of our note-taking solution and intelligent workflows has sparked genuine interest about other critical business aspects AI can address. This demand is why we’re thrilled to launch our new practice management capabilities, purpose-built to transform and elevate how firms operate.”
The suite’s new features include an advisor hub that supports meeting preparation, in-meeting support, post-meeting follow-ups, and task tracking, along with compliance checklists that track requirements and a life event opportunity action list for advisors to support clients during important life moments.
Firms will also have access to custom meeting intelligence features, built to help advisors design meeting reports and checklists tailored to client interactions like discovery meetings, plan delivery, or annual reviews; and advanced meeting preparation strategies. This includes automatic meeting agendas, client recaps and summaries, and pre-meeting client communication.
Other features include practice intelligence tool for chief investment officers, chief technology officers, and chief operational offices to understand their return on investment (ROI) in advisory efforts.
“This strategic expansion marks the beginning of a new chapter for wealth management,” said Divam Jain, co-founder and CTO of Zeplyn. “With greater visibility and use of the data that matters most, firms have access to unprecedented efficiency and growth opportunities within practice management.”
