Nationwide Appoints New Sales Team Leadership
Nationwide Retirement Solutions has announced leadership changes within the sales team led by Suzanne Ricklin, senior vice president, Retirement Solutions Distribution.

- Amelia Dunlap has been named vice president, Government Retention & Growth.
- Brenda Anderson transitions to associate vice president, Strategic Relationship Management.
- John Archer moves into the role of associate vice president, Government Large Case.
Dunlap brings more than two decades of experience across the financial services industry and has led Nationwide Retirement Solutions Marketing since 2020. In her new role, she will lead the public sector field teams, focusing on retaining and driving plan profitability and growth. She will also partner closely with the Strategic Relationship Management teams on the development and implementation of key plan strategies. Dunlap reports to Ricklin.

Anderson joins the Sales Leadership Team, focusing on establishing multi-year strategic growth and retention plans for Nationwide’s largest clients across markets. She has more than 40 years of Nationwide experience leading distribution teams across the enterprise, including 25 years in Nationwide Financial. Anderson reports to Ricklin.
Archer will lead teams serving mega government plans, focusing on the strategic priorities of each of the company’s state plans while enhancing Nationwide’s footprint in the mega government segment. Over the last 20 years in Retirement Solutions, he has held roles in sales, finance, operations, training, and sales execution, including his most recent position leading sales in the Central Region. Archer reports to Dunlap.
